大学の後でジェトプログラムをおうぼしたいんです。あそこに日本語のぎじゅつを使います。も、日本語の文化のちしきを使うためにほｎっやくしゃをなります。

My study of japanese enters into my plans for the future in several areas. After graduating i may apply to the JET program, just becuase i am interested in staying in japan and learning more about it. i also may become some sort of a translator as a use for my skill in japanese. As of yet i'm not really all that sure about my future, but i can say that japanese will factor into it somehow.

日本のみんかんでんせつはアメリカのみんかんでんせつとことなっています。日本のみんかんでんせつで古くてやすいの人がいますが、アメリカのみんかんでんせつでわかくてこうきしんにみしているの人がいます。も、日本のみんかんでんせつはわかいの男について時々あります。あのわかいの男はよくおにをころしますが、たくさんお金をえります。かれのむらにお金をあげます。

Japanese folktales seem to impart the message that if you are a kind and good person then you will get rewarded. At the same time you must heed the warnings of the spirits, becuase if you do not you will be punished. The main characters tend to be either old people who are kind hearted and generous, and who get rewards for being so, or young people who defeat demons of some sort and save people. I found that while the gramatical structures in the folktale books were nothing new, i had to look up every third word in a dictionary. I think that this shows that while i have an adequate grasp of the grammer required for reading these folktales i do not have near enough vocabulary. I also found it helpful that the book didn't have very many kanji in it, as that would have made it more difficult to read.
